Aude Hérail Jäger

On and off human beings become aware of a constant juggling of mysterious inner forces, some palpable and loud, others hidden, yet all potent and powerful. I am drawn to investigate what is not there in full view.

In recent months I have become equally fascinated with the study of the outer world through observational drawing.

The relationship between one’s inner world and the outside world is my subject matter, which I explore following the recurrent themes of entrapment, legacy, time, process, ground and gravity - using any medium most relevant to the work.
