Annie Johns LG ‘Metamorphosis’ has been selected for the Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries. 13 – 21 November, 10.00 – 5.00
Metamorphosis looks at the transformation of an ordinary domestic object. A comb, thrown over a shoulder, transforms into a dense, impassable forest. The transformation of objects is a recurring theme in worldwide folklore, offering ways of slowing down a pursuer.
