Deconstructed Cube

Paul Bonomini PLG exhibits in Scarborough. 28 March – 19 April 2026.

The Old Parcels Office Artspace in Scarborough presents Deconstructed Cube Form. The exhibition brings together experimental sculptures by Paul Bonomini, Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors and Chair of The London Group, alongside paintings by OPO Chair Sally Gorham and work created by students from Scarborough TEC.

In Gallery 1, Bonomini experiments with three works that reveal the geometry of a cube as something fluid rather than fixed, whilst Scarborough artist Sally Gorham, uses geometric multi-part paintings to construct giant wall mounted installations.

In Gallery 2, students from Scarborough TEC respond to Bonomini’s work through the creation of a collaborative mixed-media installation. Their work embraces the idea that art is not the sole domain of artists but often emerges through collaboration between creative disciplines and specialist trades.
