Anne Leigniel

Lightness fragility and ephemerality are recurring themes in my practice.

I am an artist working across multiple disciplines, creating works that respond to nature in all its multi-faceted ways, which may be working with the landscape in a site or materially responsive way. It is about being immersed in the environment around me, engaging with the people and using the materials that surround me.

My work is an invitation to experience the world around you and to be playful, to re-read things differently- to draw your attention to a moment in time, amplifying unseen moments and a detail – and the richness that lies therein…
