Genetic Moo

Genetic Moo creates immersive interactive experiences which encourage experimentation and collaborative play. We call our exhibitions Microworld.

In dark spaces, you can interact with fantastical creatures or immerse yourself in ever-changing digital ecosystems. Microworld is a space where there are no rules, only possibilities. We invite visitors of all ages to step into our digital ecosystem, experiment, play, and become co-creators in a world where art and technology come alive together.

We are inspired by popular science, particularly in the areas of ecology, symbiosis, morphology, mutation and artificial life.

We have shown extensively in the UK and abroad, including the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Coventry; Wolverhampton Art Gallery; The Amelia Scott Museum, Royal Tunbridge Wells, The Collection, Lincoln, SKMU, Norway, The Science Centre, Singapore; Eureka! Halifax; LABoral, Gijon; ICC Open Sky Gallery, Hong Kong; Glastonbury; The Wellcome Collection and The Old Vic Tunnels.
