The London Group Open represents a unique opportunity for non-members to exhibit among current members of the UK’s longest-running and most prestigious artists’ collective. Embodying the group’s dedication to the contemporary art scene, this open call invites entries from UK based visual artists aged 18 and over, working in any medium. This year, there are numerous awards open to the 79 non-member exhibiting artists.

The London Group Critical Writing Prize
A new prize of £500 for a contemporary review of The London Group Open 2025.
This is a new award, to be judged by the art writers Jean Wainwright, Sue Hubbard and John Bunker. In its first year, the brief is being put out to the RCA only, who are very enthusiastic about the project. The aim of the prize is to encourage budding new critics and to attract them to visit and review future London Group shows.
